How do I know you are the right person I am looking for?

I am more that happy to schedule a 10 minute phone call with you in order to answer your questions and to make sure we are a good match for what your needs are.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We know that you have a busy schedule and that conflict and emergencies can come up. Our time together is important. We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please help us provide better service for you and our other clients by honoring our cancellation policy. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee in full, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. 

If you currently have a package, you will forfeit one of the sessions on that package. Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Should I leave a tip?

While I appreciate the kind gesture of a tip, you will find that I prefer not to accept them.  If you are pleased with the work and results you receive from your session, the most valuable thing you can do for me is to refer your family and friends.  For this, I would be most grateful.

How should I pay you?

I accept cash, check, credit cards, and Health Savings Accounts/ Flexible Spending Accounts.

Sickness Policy
We recognize that both therapist and clients are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. You will not be charged for your session.
