How do I prepare myself in order to best serve my clients?

 

Bodywork is physically and energetically challenging so I have to make sure that on a daily basis, I am up to the task.  

I do my very best to stay healthy, strong, calm + grounded, so I can fully show up and give my best to each one of my clients .

 

I eat well. 

I sleep 8-9 hours every night {non negotiable}. 

I take supplements daily. 

I stay hydrated by drinking lots of water. 

I workout 4-5 days a week.............  My workout consists of Barre classes at The Dailey Method  3-4 times a week, yoga at home, and walks outside in my neighborhood 2-3 times a week.     

I meditate daily for 20-30 minutes.  Zen Wall Gazing is my favorite.
