I wish I had discovered these little gems a long time ago but, alas I just found them this fall. I got the kit with several different sized balls. They are versatile and handy to have around to release your feet, your back, and to get into that tight piraformis that is nagging at your hip pain.

I use them daily and travel with them as well.
