From 12 Migraines a Month to Zero: What Finally Worked for Me

![]() I’ve been living with migraines since I was six years old. Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours (and dollars) searching for relief—hoping, wishing, and researching ways to not just manage them, but eliminate them entirely.
Migraines are complex neurovascular events with a wide range of triggers. The general consensus in the medical world? “You can’t get rid of them.” Well…I’m on a mission to prove them wrong.
Just a few months ago, I was experiencing up to 12 migraines a month. This month? ZERO.
Here’s what I’ve changed: 1. Daily EFT Tapping I began practicing Emotional Freedom Technique every day. It’s been a game-changer in calming my nervous system and easing the fears and anxieties that used to run the show. 2. Upped my CoQ10 I increased my CoQ10 supplement, which supports cellular energy and has been linked to migraine prevention. 3. Gave up coffee ...but not tea! I still get caffeine, but tea contains L-Theanine, which is known to help with relaxation and can be headache-friendly. 4. Drastically cut alcohol I might have one beer a week now—though even that can mess with my sleep and mood. Still, cutting back has made a big difference. 5. Introduced homeopathy I started working with homeopathic remedies tailored to my personal health history—and the shift has been profound.
